Lifts will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, with regular hours returning for the weekend. Final Week of the Season Operational Hours
Monday, April 14 – Friday, April 18: All chairlifts will operate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday, April 19–20: Lifts will run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for our final weekend of the season
Special Lift Ticket Pricing (April 14th–20th):
Adults: $89
Seniors (65+): $69
Children (6–12): $49
Bonus for Partner Resort Pass Holders: Are you a 2024/25 Mountain High, China Peak, or Dodge Ridge Base Season Pass holder? You can ski for free at Bear Valley starting Monday, April 14th – no extra cost.Just bring your valid season pass and photo ID to our Guest Services office to receive your complimentary day ticket. Must be redeemed on the day of your visit.
Restaurant Hours Update
Starting this Wednesday, Creekside Bistro will take over Grizzly’s evening hours for the week, operating Wednesday through Sunday from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Closing Weekend Events
Join us for the Annual Slush Cup High Sierra Championship on Saturday, April 19th 2025! A Pro-Style Dual GS Fun Race benefiting the Bear Valley Snowsports Foundation. Skiers and snowboarders of all ages are invited to compete in this exciting head-to-head event.
Categories include Ski and Snowboard divisions, each with separate Men’s and Ladies’ age groups:
12 & Under
13-18
19-34
35-50
51-64
65+
The day kicks off with qualifying runs in the morning, leading into the Final Elimination rounds in the afternoon.

Registration: $40 for 18 and under. $50 for 19 and older. Registration closes on Friday April 18th at 5 pm.
Easter Egg Hunt
Hop into spring at Bear Valley with our Easter Egg Bear-Bunny Bash on April 20th, 2025! From slope-side scavenger hunts to candy-filled fun on the Sundeck, the day is packed with festive activities for all ages.
9:00am: Kick off the festivities with an exciting scavenger hunt on the slopes, where six large eggs filled with exclusive prizes await discovery!
The Golden Egg hunt begins once the lifts start spinning & ends once all eggs are located. Stop by Guest Services to get clues on where the golden eggs are hidden.
11:00 am: Egg Hunt on the Sundeck for Children 6 and under!
Bring your Easter baskets & prepare to find candy or toy filled eggs!
12:00pm: Egg Hunt on the Sundeck for Children 6 and up!
