Resort Charge for Bear Valley Pass Holders
Bear Valley Mountain Resort is offering a new, convenient free service to season pass holders called “Resort
Charge”. This practical new feature is available to Bear Valley Season Pass Holders throughout the snow sport season, and virtually turns your season pass into a credit card to be used throughout the
entire resort any day this season.
Active Season Pass Holders must complete the Resort Charge Authorization form or can accept
the service through purchasing a season pass online. Once the completed form is
received by our main office, your Customer Profile is updated in our point of sale system. This process
allows your season pass to activate Resort Charge as a payment method at any of our point of sale/purchase
locations. Resort Charge quickly accesses your credit card information kept securely on file through your
Customer Profile and transacts the sale to the credit card instantaneously. You’ll receive a credit
card/transaction receipt and you’re on your way. With just the scan of your season pass, you can enjoy
food, drinks, retail, repair, rentals/demos and snow sport services. Leave your wallet at home, or sign your
kids up and never have to give them cash again! Now Season Pass holders have the power to charge the
mountain!
