Season Lockers - FAQs

How much is a season locker? Can I renew for multiple years?
Season lockers are only available for yearly leases. Renewals are due by June 30th each year. Late fees apply. See the matrix below for fees.

How do I renew my season locker?
You can renew online, or download the order form and fax (209-753-6421) or mail it in to PO Box 5038, Bear Valley CA 95223.

What's my locker number?
Your locker number can be found on the order form that was mailed to you. You can also give us a call at 209-753-2301 x0 or shoot us an email.

How many sets of equipment can a locker hold? What are the dimensions?
An East Value locker is 88 "h x 15 "w x 22 5/8 "d, and can comfortably hold 2 adult sets. An East locker is 119.5"h x 15 "w x 23"d, and can comfortably hold 4 adult sets. West lockers are 120"h x 20"w x 23"d, and can comfortably hold 6-8 adult sets.

Can I modify my locker?
Although you cannot permanently modify your locker, you can make minor alterations that could help you store your gear. For example, adding a pulley system for helmet storage, ski racks, or storage baskets, are all acceptable, as long as you do not protrude into your neighboring locker.

Can I move to a smaller locker?
As family dynamics grow and change there is often a need to upgrade to a larger locker or downgrade to a smaller locker. Please contact our main office immediately to request a smaller locker.

Can I move to a bigger locker?
At this time, all of our lockers have a waiting list. If you are already in an East Value or East locker, you are likely on a waitling list to upgrade to a larger locker. Upgrading from an East Value to an East locker still keeps you on the waiting list to upgrade to a West locker. If you are on the waiting lists, we will contact you as soon as a larger locker becomes available.

I no longer need my season locker. How can I release it?
Please contact our main office immediately if you would like to release your locker. Currently the wait for lockers is from 2 to 5 years, depending on size. Please be courteous to guests awaiting a new lease by releasing yours as soon as possible. If you plan to release your locker, it must be cleared out no later than July 31st. This will allow new locker leases to move in in a timely manner.

I share a locker with another family, but my name is not on the lease. The other family no longer wants the locker- can I keep it in my name?
While sharing a locker with another family is acceptable, co-leasing and sub-leasing are not allowed. If the leasee chooses to release a locker, that locker is added to the open pool of lockers and offered to the next person on the waiting list. We are not able to replace the leasee name with a new name.

When can I move in?
During the off-season our office is open Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm. The locker rooms are always accessible during this time
