New Village Development

The Village will be designed as an ideal destination for year-round fun, including exceptional ski vacations and exciting summer adventures.

With ski-in/ski-out lodging and on-mountain activities that will be conveniently located to restaurants, services and entertainment, the Village at Bear Valley will be a "home away from home" with amenities to fit every need.

The initial designs include a Members Club and Spa, fine dining restaurants, an outdoor terrace, swimming pools, hot tubs and covered parking. Guests and residents will enjoy an early-morning latte, daytime recreation and lovely peaceful evenings in one of the most scenic destinations in California.
